Change offer with a game server
The offer change is a service which allow you to change from an offer to another and that "FREE".
- You don't have to pay more, only the expiration date will be modified in function of the new offer.
- There is a 5 days delay between each offer change.
WARNING :
- An offer change will result in no refund !
- After an offer change, there is no way to go back.
With a Server Only
Change my server Only offer
Why change my offer ?
You can change you offer to :
* reduce or increase the slot's number. * change from a private to public server and inversely. * add and/or delete options.
NOTE : all the data and your IP address will be kept.
How to do it ?
1. Click on your panel's button : 
2. Choose the tab "Simple change"
Read carrefully the informations given to you.
3. Click on the button 
4. You are now on the offer "Server only", with the indication the "actual end of you rental"
You just have to :
- change what you want (slot's number, options...)
The number of days remaining is displayed directly below the offer
5. Once you've finished, you just have to click on 
6. A popup windows ask : "Are you sure that the informations about the new offer are correct (number of
slot, voice server...) ?
If not, click 'cancel'."
Click on yes if you wish to confirm or no if you wish to cancel the offer change
7. The summary of your offer change is displayed. A table with your old offer and another with the new.
Click on 
to definitely validate.
WARNING : You will not able to go back after clicking this button.
You'll have to wait 5 days before making a new offer change.
8. Your changes will be effective in few minutes.
If you wish you can also directly renew your rental.
Change from server Only to server Pack
Why upgrade my offer ?
Change to serveur Pack, allow you to :
* Have a vocal server (Mumble ULL or Teamspeak). * Have a web hosting. * Reduce or increase the slot's number. * pass from private server to public and inversely. * Add or delete options.
NOTE: All the data and your IP address will be kept.
The offer change from Server Pack to Server Only is not possible.
How to do it ?
1. Click on your panel's button :
2. Choose the tab "To server pack"
Read carrefully the informations given to you.
3. Click on the button
4. You are now on the offer "server Pack", with the indication the "actual end of you rental"
You just have to :
- change what you want (slot's number, options...) for your game server
- choose your vocal server : Mumble ULL, Teamspeak 2 or 3, Shockvoice ULL
- choose the name of your website
The number of days remaining is displayed directly below the offer
NOTE : if you wish, you can directly take a domain name server with your server pack's offer
5. Once you've finished, you just have to click on
6. A popup windows ask : "Are you sure that the informations about the new offer are correct (number of
slot, voice server...) ?
If not, click 'cancel'."
Click on yes if you wish to confirm or no if you wish to cancel the offer change

Change from server Only to DediGames
Why upgrade my offer ?
Change to DediGames, allow you to :
* have 1 or 6 cores
WARNING :
Datas are not automatically transfered.
You will have one day to copy all your files to your new server.
You will keept your server pack for 24 hours after the change. You can than use your FTP access to tranfer your files.
After that delay yout server pack will expire and all your game Servers files / datas will be lost.
the change from a DediGames to a Server Only is not possible.
How to do it ?
1. Click on your panel's button :
2. Choose the tab "To DediGames"
Read carrefully the informations given to you.
3. Click on the button
4. You are now on the offer "DediGames", with the indication the "actual end of you rental"
You just have to :
- choose the number of cores that you want (1 to 6 cores)
- add an option, if you want
The number of days remaining is displayed directly below the offer
NOTE : if you wish, you can directly take a domain name server with your server pack's offer
5. Once you've finished, you just have to click on

Change my server Pack offer
Why change my offer ?
You can change you offer to :
* change from a private to public server or from a public to a private server. * decrease or increase the number of slots of your game server and/or your voice server. * change your voice server. * add or remove options of your Game and/or Voice server.
NOTE : The website is kept.
If you have a domain name, it will be kept.
Only your voice server will be reinstalled, if you change the slot's number or the voice server.
How to do it ?
1. Click on your panel's button :
2. Choose the tab "Simple change"
Read carrefully the informations given to you.
3. Click on the button
4. You are now on the offer "Server pack", with the indication the "actual end of you rental"
You just have to :
- change what you want (slot's number, options...)

Change from server Pack to DediGames
Why upgrade my offer ?
Change to DediGames, allow you to :
* have 1 or 6 cores
The website is completely kept.
If you have a Mumble ULL, it will be reset.
You IP will be kept (Except IP adress used by other customer (only concern rentals older than 3 years))
WARNING :
Datas are not automatically transfered.
You will have one day to copy all your files to your new server.
You will keept your server pack for 24 hours after the change. You can than use your FTP access to tranfer your files.
After that delay your server pack will expire and all your game servers files / datas will be lost.
Le changement d'offre DediGames vers Serveur Pack n'est pas possible.

Why change my offer ?
You can change you offer to :
* modify the number of slots
* change map size(1500*1500 to 8750*8750)
NOTE : you can choose a map from 2 250 000 to 76 562 500 of blocks, depending on the slots number of your server.
* add and/or delete options on the game server
* Take or remove a voice server
NOTE : such as web hosting is offered when you rent a voice server, if you delete it, you also lose your web hosting.
* add and/or delete (if you have one) options on the vocal server
How to do it ?

4. You are now on the offer "Minecraft server", with the indication the "actual end of you rental"
You just have to :
- modify the number of slots

Why change my offer ?

NOTE : all your servers datas and IP address are kept.
Only Mumble ULL will be reset (In case of change of cores, only for DediGames and DediGames XtreM offers).
The change from a DediGames/XtreM to a DediGames PRO/XtreM and inversary is impossible.
How to do it ?

3. Click on the button
4. You are now on the offer "DediGames", with the indication the "actual end of you rental"
You just have to :

4. You are now on the offer "Teamspeak 3" or Shockvoice ULL (according to your offer), with the indication the "actual end of you rental"
You just have to :
- increase or decrease the slots's number.
- add or/and remove option(s), if you want
The number of days remaining is displayed directly below the offer
5. Once you've finished, you just have to click on
6. A popup windows ask : "Are you sure that the informations about the new offer are correct (number of
slot, voice server...) ?

How change offer with a Paypal subscription ?
If you have a Paypal subscription and if you want to change offer, You have to cancel your actual subscription first ( whatever the offer you have).
The Paypal subscription is not updated automatically with your new rental.
